Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data is processed through the plusoptik.com.tr website, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process

• Contact form: your name, phone number, the subject you choose and your message.
• Technical logs: when you visit the site, our server keeps your IP address, the time of the visit and your browser details in standard server logs for security purposes.

Why and on what legal basis

We use the details you send through the contact form only to respond to your request, based on the consent you give with the form's checkbox (KVKK Art. 5(1), GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We process technical logs to keep the site secure, based on our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f), GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass on your data. Form messages are stored on the servers of our web and email hosting provider in Turkey. Data may be shared with public authorities only where required by law.

Cookies and third-party services

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. When you submit the form, a short-lived session cookie is set to prevent abuse. Fonts are served from our own server. The map in the contact section is loaded from Google Maps only after you click "Show Map"; Google's privacy terms then apply. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook take you to those platforms.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages for no longer than one year after your request has been dealt with, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for the hosting provider's standard period.

Your rights

You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to access it, to learn the purpose of processing and who it has been shared with, to have it corrected or deleted, to object, to restrict processing and to data portability, and to claim compensation for damage (KVKK Art. 11, GDPR Arts. 15 to 21). You can withdraw your consent at any time. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
